I worked as an Art Director in television and entertainment.
My experience in advertising focused mostly on the cable television industry. While we delivered multi-channel campaigns from on-air to outdoor, print publication was consistently my favorite. It wasn't always glamorous, and a lot of blood, sweat, and tears often went into debating with Marketing teams on headline point size and just how much bigger we should make the logo, but I'm forever grateful for the opportunity to work on some of the highest rated programming with a few of the most talented television hosts, writers, photographers and re-touchers in the world. Not to mention, when you're presented with the opportunity to personally shampoo brownie mix, mustard and sun-dried tomatoes out of Mike Rowe's hair, you take it.
