CHALLENGE

Evaluate user feedback to provide additional understanding of emotional and behavioral drivers of the product value proposition and to push design forward by building upon existing concepts.

A series of user insights, design principles and design recommendations.

ROLE

Project Lead setting the project vision in addition to collaborating with a team of 2 designers, handling scope, budget, schedule, client relationship, and supporting user research and visual design.
